1) At Scottsdale Reiki & Holistic Shop LLC, we focus on providing education and support for the use of Ayurvedic principles and practices into Your daily life. We believe these practices can help support common health issues and promote a feeling of overall wellness.

2) As an Ayurvedic Food and Lifestyle Coach, Certified Herbalist and being AuDHD myself- these Principles, once incorporated into My Own Life- caused Life Changing Shifts in My Own Health. After only 6 months: My Daily Meds where cut in 1/2 (under my Doctors supervision), a Better Quality Sleep (from 3-4h to 6-7h), Less Anxiety, More Groundedness on a Daily basis and Better Nutrition (and Friend- with my Food, Smell and Texture Issues- thats BIG). 

3) However, it is important to understand that I Do Not Practice Medicine - I Do Not Diagnose,  thats where Western Medicine Shines. We will be working in conjunction with Your Health Care Practitioner as needed. I merely Educate You on Ayurvedic principles and how You can incorporate them into Your Life. 

4) Counseling includes the ability to create Customized Food & Diet Plans, Healing Lifestyle Choices, Designing Herbal formulas (only if needed)  to support Your Malas (Wastes Systems), to Balance Your Agni (Digestive Fire), for eliminating Your Ama (Toxins) and Protecting and Building Your Ojas (Vitality/ Good Health)- This is where a Lot of Us AuDHD's really need support with Our Go Go GO tendencies.

5) Ayurveda is a Slow Practice and is not recommended for Emergent or Urgent Health Care Issues.
