Having my Grandson around, I always seem to have snacks. Both Healthy Snacks (pretzels, fruit, nuts, natural juice popsicles, fruit snacks) but also bad sugary snacks (cookies, fresh baked sweets and candies). I usually do a Sugar reset after New Year and lately, again before Thanksgiving to give myself a Fresh Start going Into the Holidays. And Lord, With This Quarantine, Chyle, I probably need to do this monthly, smh. My Eating is just all out of wack!
